Day 8

Water first.
Breakfast was a protein shake.
Then Energizer workout and on to workout 1.
Lunch was a spinich salad w/lots xtra vegies.
Snack was a 1/2 an apple and some yogurt.
Dinner was another spinich salad w/ chicken breast.
Snack was the other 1/2 of the apple with some yogurt.
